As social and physical distancing continues, fear and anxiety are on the rise, but yoga can help! Practicing yoga releases more gamma-aminobutryic acid in the brain’s thalamus, and this is what reduces anxiety/stress and focuses the mind.
Receive a personalized plan prepared based on your specific needs while distancing in a way that is safe and practical. Let us know what area you are in and we will come to you! Mats, masks and a healing practice is all available to you.
You are welcome to a private or group session at a park of your choice. We also offer location recommendations in the Atlanta area.
